With that setting, parking spaces can be surveilled and charged inexpensively.
Instead of cameras, AV.Park devices can be used, which are linked per network with a commercially available, favourable security camera. The device takes over the license plate recognition and possible actuation of barriers and bollards. As soon as there is no cloud connection anymore, the device switches automatically to a offline operation. Decisions will then be taken based on an automatically generated whitelist to ensure a smooth continued operation of the system until the cloud connection is working again.
